Singin' In The Rain.

Singin' in the rain was such a good movie. It had a mix of everything in it between comedy romantic scenes, and suspense. I never watched too many musicals in my life but this was a really good one. I liked every bit of it and it was a very easy movie to pay attention to. When i first thought of a musical I thought how boring!!! But after watching this I just might have to start watching more. I could see myself watching this movie again but I think im going to try some other musicals first.

Nosferatu

To be honest I was never a huge movie fan up until about 5 years ago. I never saw any other Dracula movies before but Nosferatu was a pretty good movie if you asked me. Now Im pretty sure I would be able to get my hands on a better version but to me this one was a good one. I know there wasnt too much going on but just the suspense of what was going to happen next was good enough for me. It was a good movie overall and the backround music helped me stay into it.

Memorial Day Weekend

There were not too many movies i wanted to see that were already out, but there was a movie that I recently saw that I really liked. This movie was I love you man. This was a great comedy movie that had me laughing the whole time. It had a mix of everything in it. Paul Rudd played a good part in this movie. He was very good in this movie not to forget hilarious. The person to me who had the best impact to the movie was Jason Segel. His character in Sydney Fife was great! I love every part of the movie and cant wait till it comes out on DVD. Now the movie that is coming out soon that i CANT!! wait to see is the New Transformers. I loved the first movie it was great. It was a movie i had to buy...and I did. I watched it about 5 or 6 times now and I still would watch it again. Not too sure when this second part is coming out but I cant wait. Im probably not going to watch and trailers because I dont want to spoil the movie for myself.

The first movies post

After looking at some of the links from some of the first movies made I saw a lot of things that can be linked to one another. Mainly they were all black and white of course since they had not yet come out with the technology yet to put a full color film together. After looking at the "kiss" scene I guess that would cause some controversy back in the day considering it was one of the first few movie to come out, but to me I didnt see much harm to that. Obviously I'm going to think different because movies in the present time have love scenes in them all the time. But honestly I didnt even see much of a kiss. The arrival of train Lumiere Brothers seemed like a "first movie" type. It was kind of pale. It looked like they were having a hard time with the movment of the train and looked like that picture was fading away and started to see rips in the picture. Seemed like the first movie type to me with the inability to bring the full motion picture to a smooth play. The Gardner was a funny type. I guess everybody had a sense of humor back in the day bringing laughs to this short film. This was my favorite of the links posted. I could probably watch this one for hours and still get a kick out of it. What happened in a tunnel was hard to watch because there was no sound to it not even any backround music. Not too sure what they were trying to get at with this whole scene.

Silent Movie Pos

After watching the short film Police, one of Charlie Chaplin silent films, I was left speechless. Honestly, my first impression of watching a silent film was boring. I thought I would fall asleep and not be able to keep up with what was going on. But by the end of the film I was sitting in my seat wanting to see more short film by Charlie Chaplin. The man is simply funny. I don't know how he does it but he leaves me there wanting to see more. I didn't think a silent film would have this type of affect on me but it did. I loved every bit of the short film, it had great actors, it was easy to follow, and when it started to get hard to follow they brought up lines for you to understand whats going on. The short film was simply amazing. It was a great movie experience knowing that silent films could be so good and easy to follow.

Movie Memory

I never really went to the movie a lot when I was younger. I only went once in a while with my parents and not too many movies stuck up in my head. There was this one recent time I went out with all my friends that I can remember the most. Me and about 7 others went to the movie to see the midnight release of the Dark Knight. Hearing all about the movie alone made me eager to this movie. Not much happened before the movie but once we all took our seat we were all ready for the movie to get started. As per usual we had to wait almost twenty minutes till all the previews were over but once the movie start we were all on the edge of our seats waiting for the movie to start. Once the movie finally started I was able to able to relax comfortably in my chair. By the time the movie was over I was sitting in my seat wanting more. The whole movie was epic, between, possibly the best character is all movie (the joker), and the whole rival between Batman and The Joker I couldn't get enough of it. The whole movie lived up to the hype. I believe this was not only the best batman movie to come out but I also think that this was the best comic book movie. Maybe even stretching it out to be one of the best movies of all time!

The character of the joker was epic. Heath Ledger could not have played any better of a part. Its sad he went through some struggles and was not able to make it to the release of the movie, but we are all proud of the job he done. This movie could not have gotten any better and all the action in the movie left me breathless. After seeing this movie once in the theaters I ended up buying the movie on DVD and watching it another 7-8 times! I just couldnt get enough of this movie. It may or may not go down as one of the greatest movies ever but The Dark Knight will never be forgotten.
